Property and Cancellation Policies
CANCELLATION POLICY: Hotel Rooms & Guest Houses
Cancellation Policy (Hotel Guest Rooms): Due to our size, cancellations have a significant impact on us; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. All reservations will be charged 50% at the time of booking. Should you need to cancel your reservation, or if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will NOT be refunded or credited, without exception.

Cancellations more than 45 days from the date of arrival will be refunded in 50%. Cancellations made less than 45 days from the date of arrival will NOT be refunded or credited, without exception.

Conditions of Use: By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to leave the website accordingly. Hotel only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age before you can secure a reservation with us. The hotel assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation. A valid ID is required at time of check-in.

Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm EST, Check-out is at 11:00 am EST unless otherwise agreed upon.
Events and Parties: Only pre-approved gatherings, parties and events are allowed.
Limitation on Liability: Hotel is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website or services. The hotel reserves the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time. We shall let our users know of these changes through electronic mail. This Agreement is an understanding between Hotel and the user, and this supersedes and replaces all prior agreements regarding the use of this website.
Lost or Stolen Items: The Hotel Lenhart is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the front desk, and we will try our best to assist with locating your lost item.
Payments: All payments are processed through the PCI-compliant software. All reservations require a valid credit card number on file. A 50% deposit is collected at time of booking, the remaining balance to be collected upon arrival.
Damage to Hotel: Guests assume full financial responsibility for damages due to misuse or negligence. Before check-out, please report any damages that occurred during your stay. The Hotel Lenhart is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items in the hotel or parking lot.
Smoking Policy: The Hotel Lenhart is a smoke-free campus. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to a guest room, and a $500 cleaning fee will be applied to a guest house for smell and/or damage caused by smoking.
Pet Policy: While we love pets (trust us, we do! We have 3 dogs of our own), we do respect that some guests do not feel comfortable or have allergies to animals. We are strictly a pet-free hotel, service animals only.
Parking: One space per guest room is allotted in The Hotel Lenhart parking area. All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner. The Hotel Lenhart shall not assume liability or responsibility for any vehicle, occupants, or contents while operated or parked near the hotel property.
